Not satisfied with your purchase? We make returns simple. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
Request a Return
Go to Profile → My Orders and click Return Item within 7 days of delivery.
Schedule Pickup
Our team arranges a free pickup within 2–3 business days at your address.
Inspection
We verify the item condition and packaging upon receipt at our warehouse.
Refund Issued
Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Clothing, footwear, and jewellery in unused condition with tags attached
- Electronics and appliances in sealed, unopened packaging
- Non-perishable grocery items with manufacturing defects
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable grocery items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat)
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Products without original packaging or tags
